Not exactly sure on the mileage today plus or minus 2 miles. I have a friend who would like to try out running and so we are just getting started. It's great because I have reall y lost my base with the hip injury and so we can get off on the same page together! She can't run the whole 2 miles so we walk a little run a little ect. and it's working out great. The best part is that I haven't been having ANY hip pain so far! ( hope that I didn't speak to soon!) I would like to get out and do some runs by myself and run the whole time a bit but I think she'll come along quickly and we'll be doing it together soon! |
