Running Accomplishments:

Did a half a few years ago, unsure of my time but nothing to write home about. I trained about 6 months and then took about 2yrs. off. Started running again this year but have never done anything serious.

Short-Term Running Goals:

keep running, stay fit and healthy, while having fun. Would like to get my mileage up to 25 miles a week and plan some short races when I get confident with my speed.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Get my mileage back up and run pain free!

Did 2.7 miles after I woke up but had to hurry to get back home, pick up kids and get ready to go back to work, thus the short run.

I have to add a little tid bit about Lybi.  She met total strangers on Friday and within about 20 mins was convinced by a 10 year old with dimples to climb the rock climbing wall at the expo!  My little Callzee was so happy that someone would climb  with her!  So off they went and Lybi just zipped up to the top.  So not only can she run a sub 8 minute mile but she is a natural climber too!  As a side note Callzee did not make it to the top that time, but did go back to reach the buzzer and reach the top!   Lybi was such a good sport!  Thanks :) :)

Awwww! I didn't see this until just today. How sweet! Callzee looked like a real repeller coming down, whereas I did the worm-on-a-hook hang. Good job getting that buzzer, Calls!
