Did 2.7 miles after I woke up but had to hurry to get back home, pick up kids and get ready to go back to work, thus the short run.
I have to add a little tid bit about Lybi. She met total strangers on Friday and within about 20 mins was convinced by a 10 year old with dimples to climb the rock climbing wall at the expo! My little Callzee was so happy that someone would climb with her! So off they went and Lybi just zipped up to the top. So not only can she run a sub 8 minute mile but she is a natural climber too! As a side note Callzee did not make it to the top that time, but did go back to reach the buzzer and reach the top! Lybi was such a good sport! Thanks :) :) |
