Great run this morning! I can't belive how fast the miles go by with someone to talk to. I loved it!!! Ran with Mik'L and Christi in St. George. The weather was great and I loved all the cool little trails they have. I wish I could be down there more often to get together with them. I might find more and more excuses to do so as the weather gets colder!! I don't think anyone talked anyones ear off except me, and I realize I'm a fairly reckless runner that has really no respect for other peoples space. That's the country girl in me that has too much wide open space, and no running etiquette. I promise to improve!

Just remember, you have the right of way as a pedestrian, but that won't make it feel any better if you get hit!

And yes, I am feeling pumped, but mostly pumped full of pizza as I had a slip in my quite rigid diet today. oops. Are you still doing the no sug. thing?

Thanks for the warm welome to the blog!

Sounds like you guys have a fun group going down there. That is great you enjoy where you are working, it makes many things easier. What type of facility are you in? I am not working right now (so lucky to be at home with kids) but have done graves several times. I was not as positive about it as you! I worked them alone or with one other person, so that is mostly why I had a hard time.

Anyway, nope, Moab is most likely not going to happen for me. I am excited to hear how the FRB chicks run it though!

I havent started Twilight yet, I am finishing a book I was reading first. But it is next on my list. Then I can really be accepted into the blog!

You always coment on my workout so I wanted to check out yours. You are funny. I would talk anyones leg off as well if I could talk while I ran at the same time. I am bad I have to concentrate to hard. I am one of those who can chew gum and walk at the same time. Which is why I am shocked that I have not fallen off the treadmill yet.

So how long dose it take you to run 7 miles? That s pretty good. Maybe someday I will get there. (and beable to talk at the same time)

I have read all the stephanie myers books. They were the best books I have ever read. (So dose that mean I am accepted? :)

Running etiquette- what's that? J/K. I thought you were the perfect running partner. I had a blast, can't wait for you to come down for another run!
