Did a half a few years ago, unsure of my time but nothing to write home about. I trained about 6 months and then took about 2yrs. off. Started running again this year but have never done anything serious.

Short-Term Running Goals:

keep running, stay fit and healthy, while having fun. Would like to get my mileage up to 25 miles a week and plan some short races when I get confident with my speed.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Get my mileage back up and run pain free!

I couldn't stand to see a goose egg on my day so I did a short little run. Once I got out it felt o.k. but I had to cut it short to get home for something that came up at the last minute. It was 70 degrees out and it felt great! Some small wind gust that actually helped to cool me off, I actually was a little warm. (I think I might have a low grade temp. though) Even though I didn't feel good it was nice to get out. We'll see what I think in the morning when the cold front has come in. I was really hoping for a long run tomorrow but I'll be happy with 3 or more.

Callzee is starting to cough quite a bit so she decided to sit out tonight and I thought that was a good idea too.

Oh, you guys are still sick! I'm so sorry. I really admire that your still ran. You are like one of those people who runs in the hail...or was it a BLIZZARD (yum).

I'm so impressed with your ability to run when you are sick. I would be curled up with a mug of cocoa and a book or a movie if I had a fever.
