keep running, stay fit and healthy, while having fun. Would like to get my mileage up to 25 miles a week and plan some short races when I get confident with my speed.

Kinda been fighting off a cold so last night I took a fix your cold sleep pill. It didn't really help all that much and when I headed out to run I felt the effects of the poor nights sleep and cold. Just felt a little discombobulated (sp?) through the first half of the run. Tryed to speed up a bit because I felt like I was barely crawling, but the message felt like it wouldn't get to my legs... O well from there I decided I was just in it for the miles. About the last 2 miles things started to feel a little better, that may have had to do with some down hill and level running more than anything. Averaged 10:00 pace seemed slower than that.

Added another .77 with Callzee tonight. We keep having to go right after dinner and that gives her a sideache, after tonight things should settle a bit and allow us to change that, nnedless to say we had to cut it a little short tonight.

Way to persavere (sp? need to go back to school!) Anyway- things usually feel a little better after a couple miles. I hope you smash that cold before it gets you!

Hey, sorry you're sick! I think that is a most impressive time considerring the sickness and the hills around your house. Hope you sleep better tonight!

Seems like there is a lot of sickness spreading around bloggers lately. Tis the Season for sure. Hope you feel better and get a nice refreshing run in soon!

Hey- I read your response to Sasha telling me I can run a 3:30. If I can, you can that's for sure! I think my goal next week will be to run for an hour a day, 6 days a week. If I can do that I may get close to 6 miles most days of the week. I'm not ready to commit to training for a 3:30 by any stretch, but I need a simple training plan and I think shooting for an hour a day is good. Got any fun weekend plans?

Good for you taking it easy! I hope you have a fun Fri. night at home for a change. No plans for tonight- just chill w/ the family. Jim worked nights the beginning of the week - so just happy to have him home. Tomorrow Super Sat. that I've in charge of and am happy to get over! Then tomorrow night dinner w/ friends. Hope you have a great weekend & kick that cold- so next week we can start our new plan of 6 a day!

I'm really impressed with your perseverance (?). I know that when I'm sick the last thing I want to do is run. Way to get the miles in.
