Did a half a few years ago, unsure of my time but nothing to write home about. I trained about 6 months and then took about 2yrs. off. Started running again this year but have never done anything serious.

Short-Term Running Goals:

keep running, stay fit and healthy, while having fun. Would like to get my mileage up to 25 miles a week and plan some short races when I get confident with my speed.

Get my mileage back up and run pain free!

Ran in Lyman again today! Another new route! Fun to just run dowm those long counrty roads ( as long as you can get in 4.5 miles. seems long in my little world) Hip was up to it's old tricks again, iced it a little when I got home. Helped some. At least I didn't feel it too much till I got home.

I think it is neat to run on vacations. It's a great way to really get the feeling of the land. I dream of running in Italy someday...

I'm embarrassed to admit I don't even know where Lyman is. Is it cooler there?

Let me know when your going, I think I'd like to join you! Oh- don't be embarrassed that you don't know where Lyman is, I'm willing to bet that most of the state of Utah doesn't know where Lyman is. It's a small town about 300 people about an hour from where we live. It's where my husband grew up. I grew up about 15 mins from there in Torrey. Blink and you miss them both. We have a family cabin in Lyman now that we go and stay in, it's just kinda on the family farm. But nice to get away and have a change of scenery! Happy Monday!
